Lahore: President Asif Ali Zardari has stated that public hardships are decreasing and economic indicators are improving.

Former Punjab Governor Makhdoom Ahmad Mahmood hosted a dinner in honor of President Zardari late last night, which was also attended by Governor Sardar Saleem Haider Khan.

During the event, President Asif Ali Zardari remarked that public difficulties are easing, economic indicators are moving in a positive direction, and there is a need to improve administrative affairs.

He stated that his visit to China was successful, adding, “We laid the foundation for CPEC and will ensure its success. China and Pakistan are taking joint initiatives for regional development. Chinese companies will set up factories in Pakistan, and China has a significant interest in our region.”

Asif Zardari further said that the Sindh government has focused heavily on health and education. “New universities, colleges, and hospitals have been established in Sindh. The Sindh government has also provided homes for flood victims, and other provinces should follow suit.”
