There is no number limit for pilgrims to perform Umrah, said Saudi’s Hajj Ministry. Tourists, or those who are on work visa are permitted to perform Umrah. In October 2020, Saudi government allowed  limited number of pilgrims to perform Umrah. The Saudi Arabian Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has announced that there is no number limit for pilgrims to perform
