Dubai: Abdullah bin Marda’ Al Atif Al-Qahtani, widely recognized as “Abu Marda’,” a 27-year-old renowned Saudi social media influencer, has tragically passed away following a road traffic collision in the Hail region.

The fatal crash occurred on the old Hail-Jubbah road, where Al Qahtani’s vehicle, carrying him and two companions, collided with a road-maintenance vehicle.

Authorities reported that Al Qahtani was declared dead at the scene, while his two companions, known as “Abu Hissa” and his cousin Dakheel, were rushed to the hospital.

Dakheel, who fell into a coma, was transferred to King Khalid Hospital for further care, while Abu Hissa is in stable condition.

The Hail traffic department confirmed the accident, noting one fatality and two injuries. An investigation is ongoing.

The tragic news of Al Qahtani’s death quickly spread across social media, with thousands of his followers expressing condolences and sending prayers for the injured.
