SAHIWAL: The Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) conducted an operation near a suburban village of Sahiwal and arrested a terrorist linked to a banned organization. According to details, the arrested suspect, identified as Muhammad Tahir, is affiliated with the banned  Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) – Fitna al-Khawarij. According to a CTD spokesperson, explosive materials including a prima cord, detonator, a ready-to-use IED,
