Security forces killed 11 terrorists during operations carried out in the Datta Khel area of North Waziristan over the past 48 hours.

According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), security forces targeted multiple terrorist locations during a series of intelligence-based operations in the area. After intense exchanges of fire, 11 militants linked to India-sponsored Fitna-al-Khawarij were killed.

Weapons and ammunition were also recovered from the killed terrorists, who were allegedly involved in several terrorist activities in the region, ISPR said.

ISPR added that sanitization operations continue to eliminate the militants from these areas.

According to ISPR, Pakistan’s security forces and law enforcement agencies will continue their counter-terrorism campaign under the vision of Azm-i-Istehkam to eliminate foreign-sponsored terrorism from the country.
