Gold prices surge in Pakistan and international markets

Substantial boost in the price of Gold observed with an increase of Rs 600 per tola of Gold, the current price of a tola stands at, Rs 87500 in the open market.

10 grams of Gold currently stands at Rs 75017 with a 515 rupee surge.

International markets also observed surge in gold prices with the current value at dollar 1517 per ounce with an 18$ increment.

On September 20 Gold rates decreased by Rs250 to Rs. 86,900 per tola in the local market. The price of 10 grams of gold decreased by Rs215 to Rs. 74,502.

On September 14 Gold in the global gold market recorded a decline of $ 18 per ounce. Globally , gold prices fell to a one-month low of $1,483.90 an ounce earlier this week, after hitting an over six-year high of $1,557 last week. Traders associated with the gold business said that gold prices are likely to decline further.

Earlier on 11 September the Gold prices fell by Rs500 per ounce in the local market and currently trading at Rs87500.
